As I was cooking up a storm today in the kitchen, I took a short break to make myself a delicious lunch: freshly sauteed spinach with red onion, garlic and balsamic vinegar. Truly delicious. I ate an entire bundle in one sitting!
Friday night new routine: Claire, Debbie and I go to LuluLemon (fancy yoga store) and do a free Vinyasa and Vino class (a flow-style yoga followed by a baby glass of wine). So fun to do free yoga on Friday nights with friends and get to try out new instructors from around Denver.
