Hallow's Eve!!

My Jack O' Lantern ist he one on the right, Britney's is on the right. We carved them around 5PM on Halloween, just in time for our estimated 6 trick or treaters to arrive!

Another blurry shot of them. I was so please with how they turned out!

We had a little Halloween dinner party with the pumpkin curry soup and the pumpkin cornbread. Topped everything off with some flavored pumpkin seeds!

Claire is on the left, my coworker. Debbie is directly across from her, a friend of Claire's from school in Illinois. Britney is next to Debbie. We're all ready to chow down!

The cornbread with the honey butter I tried to make. It wasn't exactly as I'd remembered it, but it was still delicious!

The pumpkin soup with cilantro and seeds on top. The seeds are a good idea for looks but I didn't enjoy eating them all that much in my soup.

My pumpkin and gourd decoration in the center of the dining table.

And the pumpkins in front of the hearth from Whole Foods (2 for $5, so I bought 4 for $10!!)

All my Halloween candy for my 6 trick or treaters and the fun/scary movie we watched after the trick or treaters dried up (Zombieland---quarky, gory romantic comedy!)
