- ⅓ cup almond meal
- ⅓ cup chopped pumpkin seeds
- ⅓ cup chopped almonds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- cinnamon
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- ⅓ cup tahini
roll it in dried coconut flake
Strawberry Almond Balls
- 1/3 cup quinoa (uncooked), ground
- 1/3 cup oats (uncooked), ground
- 1/3 cup flax seed
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 1/3 cup chopped pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1 1/2 scoops protein powder
- cinnamon
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1 container of strawberries, blended in food processor
roll all in dried coconut flakes, freeze and enjoy!
